At Charlotte K, we aim to make your delivery experience as transparent and hassle-free as possible. Below you will find our shipping and delivery policy.

1. Delivery Area

We only deliver to addresses within Denmark. Orders to addresses outside Denmark are not accepted at this time.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed and packed within 1–3 business days. During busy periods (e.g. sales or holidays), processing time may be slightly longer, but we always do our best to ship quickly.

3. Delivery Time and Shipping

The delivery time after dispatch is typically 1–15 business days, depending on the delivery address and the carrier's operations.

Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout. In many cases, we offer free standard shipping – this will be clearly indicated in your order summary if applicable.

4. Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping during selected promotions and under certain purchase conditions (e.g. minimum purchase). This is always clearly stated on the product page or in the shopping cart.

5. Taxes and Fees

All prices on the webshop include Danish VAT (25%), and there are no hidden fees or import duties upon delivery. You only pay the amount shown at checkout.

6. Order Confirmation and Tracking Number

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your order confirmation and tracking number so you can follow your package until it reaches your address.

7. Correct Delivery Address

It is your responsibility to ensure that the provided delivery address is correct and complete. If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect or incomplete information, we will contact you to find a solution. Any additional costs for reshipping may be charged to the customer.
